what we do

The highlighted land on the map is commonly owned by all homeowners in the neighborhood development.

 Of these 12 acres, a portion is fields which must be regularly mowed in order to comply with regulations and local ordinances and to maintain a high quality of life for the neighboring homeowners. Additionally, the abutting sidewalks must be plowed during the wintertime. 

This common land also carries with it a collective liability for all homeowners. Accordingly, the homeowners' association holds liability insurance for the property to shield all homeowners from any potential financial burdens.
